How Do We Work?

Planning and Project Development
In the first stage, we determine the scope of the project, taking into account the needs of our customers. Our architects and engineers create designs and technical drawings. Critical steps such as cost analysis, time planning and obtaining the necessary permits are completed in this process.

Infrastructure and Foundation Construction
In the second stage, land preparation, ground survey and excavation works are carried out. During foundation construction, concrete pouring and iron binding operations are carried out. The foundations of infrastructure services such as water and electricity are also created at this stage.

Assembly of Construction and Building Elements
In the third stage, the building structure is raised and the structural elements are assembled. While walls, columns, beams and floors are constructed, plumbing and mechanical systems are installed. Each stage is inspected with quality control and safety measures.

Latest Work and Delivery
In the final stage, finishing works are carried out on the interior and exterior. Wall painting, flooring, door and window installation are carried out. Landscaping and landscaping is completed. After the final inspection, the project is delivered to our customers.
